Our Online Consultations gives you the opportunity to discuss with your GP regarding minor problems where a face – to-face appointment may not be needed. It is more suitable for those who are housebound, young children, those who wish to consult from work or those with follow up queries.
It is a convenient and confidential service which you can use to access one of our doctors on the same day.
To do this, you will need to register for your account on Skype first and then add “canveyvillagesurgery” to your contacts. You will also need to have a webcam set up on your device.
Contact the surgery receptionists and book an online consultation appointment for the day. Then, at the appointment time, your GP will ring you through skype to discuss your queries.
