You are entitled to see a particular Doctor, if you have a preference, but please be aware that you may have to wait a little longer for an appointment to become available.
It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure their allocated appointment time is kept. Appointments are valuable and booked very quickly; therefore, if the appointment is no longer required, you are requested to phone the Surgery to cancel the appointment, to enable another patient to access that appointment.
Important- Please note that at all times during the working day, clinical emergencies will take priority over booked appointments.
Please let us know before 10.00 a.m. if you need a visit. They are very time consuming so, if possible, try to come to the Surgery, where you will be seen quickly.
